as usual area police has shot an "unarmed person" and gives a confusing story.

they claim the person "may have went in to get a weapon" but dodge and distract if the person actually did

--------------
it's my understanding from the article the pissed off citizen pointed a sword in the direction

says nothing about how close this person was to the officers or if "pointing" in the way done could have been considered life threatening

now that isn't a reason to shoot someone.

----------------------
VA is a death penalty state ONLY for (red handed, beyond reasonable doubt) killers who killed criminally (killing is not illegal if for the right purpose, of course)

so. i've seen this all too many times. i have no confirmation it actually happened

just confirmation police shoot people whenever they wish to in fairfax and loudoun

police are to take suspects to a judge for a trial before execution

that is a mandate, not a request

Well a sword is a weapon, and can be a deadly weapon too. The taser isn't really an option here because he could cut the wires with the sword, assuming he was good with it.

i was there i saw the whole thing he never pointed anything at the he had put the sword to his own throat never threatened his family with it he had his hands in the air at one point even dropped to his knees as if to lie flat on his stomach the man looked confused as to what he should do he then got up and walked inside his house he stepped in tossed it down put his hands up and backed out the door before the door opened the deputy shot him in the back and then 2 more times and it was over there was never any need for them to shoot him he was in a hightened state of emotion he was trying to kill himself like you said they should have brought him before a judge and or magistrate
