they say that every year at rating season when trying to justify higher spending
they said in the 1990's if they made laws to make gov schools mandatory (ie, for work certification) we'd have more facotries and less accidents
they said with more money spent on schooling we'd have higher grades and more factoires
well Mrs. Lerner , your full of crap
in the 1980's everthing was Made in USA except very few things, people bought chinese only for a one day disposable type project
now fuck NY stocks only chinese things on their franchise shelves (more markup) and it's hard to find anything made in usa
these people tripled their pay INSTEAD of acheiving higher education with the new moneys they allocated themselves since the 1990's
and have become a MOB
