The muslim woman's request is pretty reasonable. She could have led to pray in her privacy. Though, preaching is something else. That's a delicate matter. The CEO's response is totally unfit and people like him should be punished, no doubt! You just can't point her scarf and imply they don't want that religion in there. If CAIR proves that's what took place, the Fast Trak Inc. whatever the name may be is in big trouble. In fact, they are already in big trouble. This is not what this country is about. Go read the constitution. No wonder why the uneducated racist bigots keep applauding the company...

So a business that wants someone to work set hours has to allow those hours to be changed for religious reasons?

So Christians don't have to work on Sunday.
Jews don't have to work on the Sabbath.
Muslims can demand breaks during the day for prayer.
People can make up religions and claim any day or time they want.

Yet all have to be hired without regard to the employer's needs for work coverage during working hours.

That's irrational.
