it's no secret that this creates an agency that CREATES CHILD PORN, USES COMPUTER VIRUSES, AND ARRESTS WHITE REPUBLICANS WHO PC's ARE ENTRAPPED INTO CACHING WEB DATA OF PORN THEY DID NOT INTEND TO VIEW

it pays government workers to participate in viewing and making child porn and PC viruses and illegal entrapment schemes to "justify their funding"

and it's been reported on many times: as something government has no business doing as an agency

this is all about money and which picked winner gets it for doing nothign the taxpayer needs done**
