Who is Stephen Sharer?

Is the boy who went Oakton, Stephen Sharer like famous now or something. People talk about him and I know he is popular on youtube and on Instagram. I even saw a picture of him with Miley Cyrus. But is he actually a celebrity? Why is he famous?

He is famous. He's a social media star who makes his money on YouTube and by doing instagram photoshoots with clothing companies and cool products.
