Mclean/Tysons/Great Falls has more wealth and class than all of Virginia outside of Loudoun, Fairfax anc Arlington.

Sounds like paradise, if you work for Lockheed, booze Allen etc and have zero regard for the privacy, safety and integrity of the rest of the country.. Me? I like fishing for alligator gar in lake Drummond. I drove two hours West last fall and bagged a Virginia elk, a privilege that fewer than a dozen have enjoyed since the 19th century... People who think NOVA is so great should go back to your secessionist plans, they almost came to fruition a couple years ago..

Don't assume the location of the land is the same as the location of the wealth. I work with families that own large chunks of Tysons. They don't live in Fairfax County.

Real money lives in D.C, only reason you would go to the places listed is because you can't afford it there. A decent SFH in D.C will run you $5M+ in great falls $1M.
