Renting in Fairfax?

I have to rent a house in the Fairfax (Lorton/Arlington) area soon. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions which property management companies are good and any of them I should avoid.

ChuckH is a very experienced property manager, I would PM him. He owns half of Springfield.

Avoid Long & Foster at all costs. I used to work for them. They will screw a tenant or owner any way they can.
