Summer's here and the shorts are getting shorter

I really didnt think it was possible but girls are wearing impossibly shorter shorts this summer. If they get any shorter we're talking panties.

But for God's sake, why do black girls who have an ass the size of a Huyandai Accent and thighs that look like telephone poles try to squeeze into shorts clearly 3 or 4 sizes too small for them? Please stop!
