While the near century-old laws were intended and designed to keep the President at bay, this one has as usual been meddling where he doesn't belong. What a crook.

Treasury Department lawyers consulted with the White House general counsel’s office about the potential release of President Trump’s tax returns before House Democrats formally requested the records, Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin said Tuesday.

The word he was making such a mess of was ‘kerfuffle,’ so the ‘C’ was wrong right off the bat. Sadly, you wouldn’t have known the difference either.
