So what is it you find objectionable? Is it that a very good judge, Judge Brodie, was forced off the bench due to age restrictions. Is it that the legislators recognizing how much criminal work was part of a circuit court's caseload and recognizing they were weak in judges with criminal law experience since Judge Nordlund retired decided to appoint a judge with extensive criminal experience. Is it that they passed over a candidate that you preferred, Judge Sotello perhaps. Or is it that they appointed a black man judge?
