Sensitivity training is a sham that amounts to a payoff. Minority groups run this racket. They use it to shakedown large corporations. Maybe someone at Xerox says a bad word and all of sudden the only solution is to drop $100,000 for some radical African studies professor to come in and do some worthless workshop.
