Senate Intelligence Committe has subpoenaed Michael Cohen

Trump/Giuliani scare tactics knocked down, but may be added to mounting obstruction of justice charges.

Kind of surprising that the Senate committee did it. This may signal some movement away from an All-For-Trump alignment here.

Cohen had nothing provable or he would have got immunity from Meuller.
His BuzzFeed quotes have been denied by Meullers team even before he repeated them.
When is he reporting to jail for his conviction for lying under oath?
Before or after his next sworn testimony?

You are absolutely terrible as an observer. You didn't even realize that nobody can get immunity for crimes you've already pled guilty to or already been been convicted of. That's pretty bad work on your part.

That's also not the case, the SCO's comment on the BuzzFeed article was nowhere near that specific. You have again observed very badly.

He's been wrung up on campaign finance violations, tax fraud, and bank fraud charges. Otherwise it depends. Prison likely in early March as of now.

> Before or after his next sworn testimony?

He can be subpoenaed from prison at any time. Just as you could be subpoenaed from the mental institution that you quite possibly ought to be in.

I suspect that you are being deliberately obtuse.
Cohen could have avoided convictions if he had anything useful against Trump.
Avoided means before conviction.
Immunity for testimony on larger crimes is commonplace.
I suspect that you know that also.
It's true that one can be called for testimony even if one is in jail for lying under oath but any subsequent testimony is highly suspect.
You also know this.
The ad hominem attack at the end has the same weight here as it would have in court.
That is to say none.
It must be frustrating being you.
So much so that you attempt to disregard provable facts and can only resort to personal insult.
Shitbird Cohen is doing the same.

I love how people like Cohen are called scum by the left until they break with Trump, and then are heroes. See McCain and Romney.

Another babbling pretender claiming knowledge that he doesn't come close to having. We see that sort of thing far too often around here. You may wish to excuse yourself and return to your knitting.

Once again.
You've got zero content.
Just some stupid knitting joke attempt.
I guess if that's all you've got.

Your explanations above are of course true, and were already obvious to everyone else.

But you might be giving this guy too much credit. He's a bona fide retard.

The original post by ‘Hmmm...’ has engendered some push-back and criticism, but
none that makes any stand-alone sense or does anything to alter the underlying facts of the matter.

What that guy in the last post knows about the real world is that regards exist in the real world.
Anyone unclear on that real-world fact should just re -read his posts.

Now Cohen has the excuse to tell all. It's going to be an interesting week.

It will interesting to hear if the Cohen tapes can then be released to the media if all are available to Congress.
