It's built by an infamous traffic circle,and it's on the edge of City of Fairfax. A place yoid scout out newcomers.

Scout on the Circle seems like a pretty silly name. I'd guess you could get decent odds that it will eventually be changed. An earlier suggesion of Arthur Treacher's Courts didn't hit the mark, but maybe something hip and evocative like the Accotink Circle District (ACD) would work.

I'd go with L-a-m-b Center Court.
