Trump today made a complete fool of himself at the United Nations. Twice — when boasting of his international accomplishments, and again when claiming that Germany was becoming dependent upon Russia for its energy — he was flat- out and openly laughed at by the world body. When has any leader been so mocked on an international stage?

The UN spent 8 years laughing at jug-eared Obama behind his back. He was such a globalist tool that Putin and Xi couldn't fucking believe how lucky they got. Now, they laugh in public and cry in private. Trump has Putin by the balls and a knife to Xi's throat. Those are not my words, but the the words of the Putin and Xi governments.

Just remember that old adage: He who laughs last laughs best. While all of these U.N. reps laugh, they also have figured out that Trump means what he says. They have seen it at work over the past year. The U.S. is not what it once was, but we can still hobble almost every country economically if we choose to. They know it. It's not the preferred path, but it is available.

That's not what the Monroe Doctrine was. You can easily look up Madison's words. America would oppose any further colonialism in North and South America. Nothing to do with isolationism or abolishing free trade within American interests, or acting like an ass in front of the whole world.
