The guy in charge of the Falls Church Recreation Center in the 80's was arrested for doing untold acts with a minor in a car. That was a huge embarrassment for the city,

It was more like in the 70's, maybe spanned into the 80's. This dude also coached baseball in FC Babe Ruth for many years (13-15 year olds). Several former players have stories.

Most recently, about 5-10 years ago, he was busted in a locker room at some Reston health club. I forget if it was for taking pictures, or unwanted touching (assault/battery), or whatever, but something pervy.

Yes, that's the guy. I bunch of my friend's played Ruth baseball and would tell stories about overnight trips. The coaches had the boys strip down to their underwear and then they would played porno movies. At the time, I remember thinking that was totally bizarre, even as a 7th grader.

I was referring to his tenure at FC Community Center. I don't think he was still there when he was arrested in 1988. But who knows, it turns out that the Reston health club incident that I thought happened 5-10 years ago actually happened 20 years ago!

If I remember correctly, the incident from 1988 occurred in the parking lot of the community center and the offender was still employed by the City. But I could be wrong.
