Know anyone that was charged with obstruction of justice in Virginia? Share their story please.

Tell a cop something innocent in his questioning you like "are those his uniforms" and you say "yes that's his" uniforms, but the uniforms belonged to the company he works for as he was issued them, the cop comes back, they are not "his uniforms, They belong to the company" "You lied and Im charging you with obstruction"

This type charge will not stick if you get a lawyer, its a harassment charge to F you over and make you pay for the lawyer, there are many other examples

Al Capone would tell you, "more people are in prison because of their mouth then any other reason" . Al and company would clam up, smile and wordlessly hand the cops a card with their lawyers name on it and then say, I want to call my lawyer and then clam up again until they could speak with their lawyer in private and they would let the lawyer do all the talking from then on with out regard to " plea deals" or anything else but what their lawyer advised them

Al Capone was much like Donald Trump. A total but in some ways successful sleaze.

Meanwhile, unless you have called for police assistance, you should not say anything at all to a police officer. They are NOT your friends. They are only out to find some reason to hold or arrest you.

That ruled and still ruled Chicago, he and other mobsters of his day and today know that with the proper political donations they can get a business card from the Gov Mayor Sherriff or BOS with the words written upon it,

"To all police officers, please give Mr Al Capone every possible assistance"
