$1.9B loan secured for Dulles Rail
Virginia congressmen say they have secured a critical piece of funding that will pave the way for construction to begin on the final phase of the Dulles Rail project.

Borrow from who? NJ governor's friends in NY maybe ? Foreigners ? You signed my name on the loan gov I want to see the loan papers.
This is NOT VRE (Virginia rail). It is Metro (washington DC obama democrats run the money and projects and get employed.
Damn governor from NJ never mailed republicans of any "special election". Illegal election.

fx. co. executives disobeyed Bob McDonnells order to have a VA rep. on the committee of planning Silver line. And there wasn't any news then VA had done the initial borrowing.
I find this EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS if not billions in criminality.

This is Terry McAwesome makin moves and getting it done is what it is. Good job Gov, now declare a state emergency and implement Medicaid Expansion via executive order.
Its pretty much an emergency. Republicans are failing to act and avert the deaths of 400k Virginians. If thats not an emergency I dont know what is.
