It’s as if they have no where to go or don’t know where they are going. They don’t even care if they cut you off and make you hit your brakes, reduce your speed and miss the light. More and more people are driving 10 mph under the speed limit. 25 in a 35; 35 in a 45. What’s up with that? Don’t people have places to go? Why don’t they go then?

Yes, it is the limit and not the minimum. But these fuckers need to have the common courtesy to get in the right most lane, whether it be a 2, 3 or 4 lane road so that those who choose to do the limit can do so.
