Anyone been to it? It's right off Little River Turnpike in the Korean shopping center. I visited it for the first time this weekend with a korean coworker and thought it was fucking amazing. Great pastries, icecreams and espresso drinks. My coworker says it's the only authentic Korean Cafe in the area, and probably the best in the country, even rivaling ones on the West Coast that he has been to. There are also numerous beautiful Korean woman who frequent Shilla.

The Boba tea there is pretty good and the nutella filled croissants are amazing.

That doesn't really narrow things down much.

I know people who love that place. I'm not one of them.

I go for the free samples only most of the time. Smorgasbord!! I dont give two craps who is in there. Im there for the sweet yummy pastries!! Lol

Their sandwiches are kind of gross fyi. Lesson learned. It's a bakery dummy!!

The tysons location doesnt appear to give out samples. I think they are totally on to snack and dashers like me most of the time ....lol

The condensed milk bread is heaven.

So you post on here about how great this Korean bakery is and that you visited it with a Korean co-worker, who you're probably friendly with since you did go to lunch with him or her. And the name you use to post under is "Gook."

In the last 5 years those Korean bakery and bubble tea places have popped up everywhere. There are at least 5 in Annandale now.

I served in Korea during the 80’s.
Korean women were petite and well mannered.
Because of places like shilla, they are now obese and rude!
I am calling for a boycott on korean biznesses that have 1:1 flour to sugar ratios in their baking products!
Their bread will give you type 2 diabetes.

It's a good bakery and the staff is cool. Haters are gonna hate, but Shilla Bakery does a lot of business, has opened a lot of new locations, and is a pleasant place to go.

I like how it blends "traditional" korean pastry making with european/american pastries.

They have BuzzFeed stickers all over the place, fuck em
