Would Three Notc’hd Road have gone through Fairfax in colonial times?

I know it mainly went through the Charlottesville/Richmond area, but did any part of it go through Fairfax?

It only went through central va.

And it's now known as Three Chopt Road - From Richmond to the Shenendoah Valley.

It intersects Winding Thistle Penny lane with Lord Baltimore carriageway.
