the picture on the left looks hispanic, though i'd have to do an "ear study" to know for sure
the picture on the right is distorted (sheared) and improperly lit (coloring everything including skin way off the chart)

scratch the above - it DOES NOT include familial profiling of any kind (infact, they researchers are probably lying)

the photo has DRUMS in the background - but the shooting was OUTSIDE A MALL
this may mean neither of the pictures are from "mall cameras"
which enters the question IS THIS FAKE NEWS ? how do they have (cell phone) pictures of a man who they don't know the name of ?
furthermore - the pictures CLEARLY show "the man" is chatting with people - different people in each photo - fluidly as if close friends
I find the photos submitted IMPOSSIBLE when combined with the statement "we don't know who the man is"

the "victim" was hospitalized with non-life-threatening gunshot wound(s) to arm and "lower body". (in the dick?). 24 years of age. THE "VICTIM" NAME WAS NOT RELEASED WHICH WOULD OBVIOUSLY AID THE PUBLIC IN LOOKING FOR THE GUNMAN.
