I have, it's easy. I like to season it with pepper and garlic, then add chicken or kielbasa.

Fry up a 1 lb roll of Jimmy Dean sausage - Hot or Regular. Chop the sausage fine, and drain excess grease by resting the sausage on paper towels.

In a large non stick skillet melt an entire Velveeta block over very low heat. Add 1 can Rotel - Original. Continue cooking over very low heat, and mix in the cooked JD sausage.

After cooking for about 20 minutes pour the Velveeta sausage mixture into a 2 quart bowl - Serve with your favorite chips.

Is what the dip is called. Ive had it with banana peppers and jalapenos mixed up in a blender instead of the Rotel and some cream cheese mixed in with the sausage and Velveeta yes its good, there are many recipes like it on the net

I like mixing valveeta cheese with Ziti, Rotini and the pata wheels. I can't stand how the food Nazi's at Kraft force us to eat macaroni and cheese in pasta shell and souless noodle form.
