They are probably there to make sure Fair Oaks Mall does not become another "Landmark" or "Manassas" mall by keeping the undesirables out.

Those arent cops just pretend 'security' goons not goodenough to be cops. blacks can do anything they want since fair oaks goons have no balls - but a 5 year old white kid yells too loud in playground area and those tough guys swarm all over. fucked up mall.
