What Gas Stations Sell K-1 Kerosene?

I am looking for gas stations that sell K-1 kerosene, without dye, for use in space heaters. I'm hoping to find something around the Alexandria/Springfield area. Anyone have any suggestions?

Google is worthless; searches for 'kerosene near me/{zip code}' turn up a handful of Sunoco stations that never sold Kerosene, some of which are out of business.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I'm not interested in paying $8/gallon to buy 5 gallon containers at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. when it goes for about $3/gallon out of pumps.

It is close to $6 a gallon at pumps these days....yes, it is. It's a monopoly at not many sell it anymore.

There are a number of service stations in the Catlett and Nokesville area that pump it. If not there try out in the Luray area.

In a pinch I have seen people use diesel fuel or JP 3 jet fuel.

Davis General Store in Clifton has it, or did the last time I needed it. The kerosene pump is right by the door, not out on the islands with the gas pumps.

It may have dye in it, though.

The gas station next to Taco Lucas, I think it's a Taco Lucas, on Rt. 1 in the Mt. Vernon area has kerosene. It's just a bit South of the Buckman/Rt. 1 intersection

Gas station at corner of Lee Highway and Blake Lane has it for $3.19/gallon.

OP, just an FYI-you can burn diesel in anything that is designed to burn kerosene. Kerosene, JP-2 (jet fuel/helicopter fuel), Diesel, home heating oil, it's all the same essentially.

Best thing? Making your own biodiesel - can burn in a heater, generator, my truck and car, etc.

The 7-11 on Rt1 in Lorton at the bottom of the hill. Near the sewage treatment plant, fire station, Food Lion. They have a K1 pump in the middle of thier gas pumps. Filled up a 5 gal container 11/24/17 for about 3 bucks a gal. Way better than that rediculous 10 bucks a gallon you would pay for a pre canned stuff you get at home depot.
