Strange building in Fairfax Circle

I was driving through the Fairfax Circle area yesterday and I passed a strange building and I was wondering if there is anyone on this forum who knows what it is.

It is a standalone building right there in Fairfax Circle. The building is square in shape, one story. It has a mansard roof covered in green shake shingles. I think I saw some kind of yellow, olde English type script lettering on the side with the name of the business, but I couldn't make it out. There was a sign in front in the shape of a lamppost - yellow glass with the same green roof.

Anybody know what this business is?

A different restaurant has taken its place
You can't smell AT fish n chips at FFX Circle
