Term Limits for Congress

Please Mr. President, can you push the idea of term limits for members of Congress?
We know that Congress would never vote it in and thus lose their cushy jobs after only two terms, but consider throwing the issue out there to the voting citizens who want to drain the swamp.
The President cannot have more than two consecutive terms how about Congress.

How does a Congressman turn a $175,000 salary into millions of dollars anyhow?

Make them obey ALL the laws which they make us obey.

A stint in Congress used to be like enlisting in the Army, you do it for your country for a few years then return home to your community.
Drain the swamp!

The Constitution states the requirements for serving as Representative or Senator and it contains no limitations on the number of terms a Representative or Senator can serve. It would likely require an Amendment to the Constitution to create a legally enforceable limit, just as it required an Amendment to limit the number of terms a president could serve. There is one constitutionally acceptable method to limit terms-vote the person out.

The majority of US voters today go to the polls to secure their subsidized housing, their food stamps, health care and Obama phones. The more citizens on the dole, the more democrat votes.
The libs know this endless cycle keeps them in office.

We need more Democrats (and Republicans) like John F. Kennedy who said "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country!"

If an amendment is needed, then so be it, but what Congressman other than an honest one that agrees with the sentiment of the above statement by Kennedy would vote for it?
