UNDER THE HILLARY/BILL CLINTON VAWA ACT
* obama of course, colleges being a funding area for communism spread in usa (ie, FCPS budget - that's why) - OBAMA made the rules very easy to file charges with no proof and poor investigation. guess why?
* it was part of obama's program to get illegals in the country
* white women thinking they got justice were only fooled pawn in an illegal immigration scam
* white men were charged with violence who never touched nor said a harmful word even (perceived harassment is converted to violent felon under Hillary law, and subject to allow illegals in the country too. that's not bullshit that %100 fact and %99 of men who got in the mess were convicted under criminal law.)
(perhaps Betsy Devos will make it harder for illegals to do that or make it easier: my point is the news that this was about justice for harassment charges: is complete crap)

I'm pleasantly surprised that Secretary Devos is tackling tough political issues in a straightforward, honest way.
I certainly don't always agree with her, for example, on supporting private schools with vouchers, but she takes on difficult politically correct-charged issues with leadership, e.g. supporting constitutionally protected DUE PROCESS rights against young men at colleges charged with sexually-related crimes.
Clearly sexual assault needs to be dealt with seriously, but we have all heard of these cases where these falsely accused men were exonerated a year+ later. Professionals who work in this area (not just sit in the living room watching the news) know that it's not uncommon for a college woman, after a night of unwise decisions, to blame the guy as a cop-out or a form of self-preservation, consciously or not. It's brave for a politician to say this publically both because of the wrath of powerful women's groups and the uneasiness of the horrific and emotionally charged discussion of rape (e.g., blaming the victim --BUT you can't blame the guy without question and without due process either).
Kudos to Devos! I support the Constitution - how radical is that. (BTW, I am a Democrat.)
