Blue Lamborghini in Tysons

I've noticed a shiny blue Lamborghini quite a few times right around the Vita apartment at Tysons. The driver is a young Arab male. I've seen this Lamborghini drive at various times during work hours up and down 123, Tysons Blvd and that area between the malls and Vita.

The young man enjoys reviving the engine and gunning it to go about 50 yards before hitting the brakes and stopping at the next red light and traffic. I don't understand why he guns it knowing he needs to stop so quickly. He seems to enjoy it.

I also suppose he doesn't have or need a job nor goes to school. What a life.

Yea when I was in NYC some person was driving a lambogrhini and going down the busiest street revving the engine like crazy. All I could think was wow somebody is attention starved.
