Certainly not up to watching Sue Palka doing weather for 20 minutes.

Switched to RT for the next 30 minutes, then switching over to 9 News at 11.

When you have that many niggers running things, it's amazing anything gets done at all. A 12 minute off-air delay at the beginning of the broadcast doesn't surprise me given the people running the place. Expect it more often.
