Bad Management of Skyline Towers at Bailey's Crossroads

I am currently a resident of Skyline Towers at Bailey's Crossroads. Okay, I know it is not 'exactly' at Bailey's Crossroads, it's in the Fairfax County part of 'Falls Church', but it's close enough.
Anyway, I am writing about the bad management of the property at Skyline Towers. There is always lots of trash strewn all around it, beer cans, plastic bags, wrappers, etc., and that's just on the grounds around the buildings.
Inside there are roaches all over the place, especially in the kitchen, where the infestation is so bad that it seems like there is no way to stop them. People say that there are mice throughout the buildings, too, but I have not seen one, yet.
There are all kinds of things broken all over the place at Skyline Towers, too, like doors where the locks don't work. Security is not a big thing for management at Skyline Towers. They could care less.
People walk around the property at Skyline Towers smoking weed and acting as if they are all drunk off their asses. Management at Skyline Towers doesn't care about that either.
Whatever you do, don't ever think about moving into Skyline Towers. It is a complete dump, which, unfortunately, I didn't find out until after I moved in the place.
Equity Residential 'owns' the property, or so it says on the signs plastered up against the garage on Route 7, but it could care less about how residents live because of how bad the management has been for so many years. It's a complete disaster.

Lived in one their better communities in western Fairfax County, interesting enough when the apartment community was sold to a privately held real estate company, most of the people in the leasing office and maintenance jumped employment ship leaving Equity and stayed at the property becoming employees of the management company that took over the property. So to improve the bottom line for Wall Street, Equity tends to raise rents, while being conservative in the maintenance and other spending such as for any social activities, which were rare when they had control of the property here. In Equity's lower to moderate income communities, seen more than one place they fill the units with whoever lowering their standards for the rental income.
