They kept me at the end of every street that led to the big fountain where this large, loud gathering of cannibals(?) was situated.

The crowd was circled around a raised platform. They were chanting and hopping. I heard frequent shrieks & screams of pain(?) but security would not let me any closer.

I saw a dude with drone controls lurking in the shadows.

There were no FCPD or FCF, just RTC security.

All those cannibals prob enjoyed free RTC parking since it was the weekend.

I'm pretty sure human sacrifice was outlawed in Fairfax Co.
