Open container is the most common crime in Monkey County, cops use it to keep their numbers up (quotas) and harrass citizens. It's basically a traffic ticket and it's true what they say about if the cop doesn't show up for court the charge is dismissed (nol prosequi'ed). And sometime the prosecutor will lie and tell you the cop is there when he's not so always challenge it.

Cops luuuuuuuuuv to show up for court wearing 16 magazines on their vest. I so want to say "are you planning on missing a lot dude?"
