biggest assessment 'errors'

This house 11224 Sorrel Ridge recently increased from 8225 sq ft to 11,025 sq ft in size yet the assessment barely increased at all. I would sell my house tomorrow to the county for what the say it is worth.

Well, that is a 3k sq ft increase in living area with no permits pulled. That would explain the county not reassessing the property.

The County assessors office takes a while to update the website records.

^^ fuck off. if that's a gov worker we have the right to know AND A RIGHT TO PROSECUTE. sounds like prison time to me if it's a gov worker home.

(elderly) can get lower assessments if they go to court - likely not the case if there were improvements made

all you've done is highlight a reason that the head of any government arm should NEVER have long tenure - but a term limit
TERM LIMIT IS APPLIED ALL UP AND DOWN EVERY HEAD OF EVERY BRANCH ... UNTIL YOU GET TO COUNTY BOARDS. THEY CALL THEMSELVES IMMUNE.
