I am shopping for a new house. I have kids so school does matter. I am currently in Burke but want to move to a single family house. Can anyone recommend some quite neighborhoods or cities? Leesburg was so damn calming compared to where I live. Just open space and not too many immigrants...just white immigrants.

Pretty much all the neighborhoods are quiet out here except once you get north of the $375,000 price range for a TH and $450,0000 for a single.

450k for a SF house? I have been looking in the 800k range in the Oakton area which can get me a 50 year old effed up house.

Leesburg houses are more overpriced than FFX. Sure they are a couple hundred less and slightly newer and bigger but look where you have to live. Those things should top out at 400k

I don't care what race they are, but I want neighbors who will maintain their house and yard.

There are no homes available here for anyone that has any involvement with kimchi.

The zips ruined Fairfax and they need to stay there.

Once we were many, now we are few.
Sure, there are Indians in Loudoun, but they are 7-11 Indians.
They all just got busted for child porn.
We Natives just want fire water and rifles.

Moved recently from Burke to Great Falls. Great schools, quiet, etc etc. Not too far to DC. If you're looking in the mid-800s, there is a nice development along Riva Ridge Dr, with houses selling from the high 700s to mid 900s.
