That's the Farr Homeplace, also known as Five Chimneys.
It was built around 1880 by Richard Ratcliffe Farr to replace the one burnt by Union troops after he imprudently shot at them. R. R. Farr went on to be a bigwig in Fairfax county and died in 1892.
AFAIK, it's currently the residence of 92-year-old Ann Farr Lewis, who is R. R. Farr's granddaughter.
The house is owned by a living trust in her name, which probably means that the City of Fairfax is letting her live there rent and tax-free in exchange for getting the house after she dies.
