Thought the list was black colleges that graduated students even though they didn't pass state standards. 60 minutes tv show did a segment on it years ago.

Any HBCU - or nigger college - is automatically unaccredited. Everyone knows that.
My wife used to work in HR and they had a book for accreditation based on where the degree was from. A standard college was 4 years of credit, but you might get credit for 6 years of college with an undergrad in certain degrees from Harvard or Yale or Princeton.
All the nigger schools - maybe 1 year of college or even zero. It was like the coloreds needed college to get to a HS diploma level of proficiency.

Same definitions same general assumptions - they would not have to cross verify every word before exchanging ideas or information, because they were all taught the same material.

the accreditation program IS A SCAM you have to send money, wait for black approval, only democrat communist organized schools get approval easily.
the accreditation program is run by blacks and foreigners "the teachers union" in DC. they are responsible for "unionizing pay" of gov workers - which is illegal because it's far over min. wage and there is no competition (it's not a private business).
accreditation previously was done only by doctors who'd become University Principles (of well respected/legitimate schools).
