What happened to Scott's Bargains in Chantilly?

Scott used to buy and sell surplus and used computer/office equipment at 14500 Lee Rd #E in Chantilly (across from the Costco shopping center). His website is still up, but Google says it is closed, and he doesn't have anything listed on Craigslist. Does anyone know if he is still in business or if not, what happened?
