I tell you what is more surprising here:
1. A white male ..since many of you here act so holier than thou
2. The figure is so damn low .. WTF! Takes 25k to bribe a Top Secret cleared contractor
3. The Chinese/American citizens that were caught sold out for much more..even with the Chinese motherland BS that closed the deal for them.
Don't get me wrong about traitors..I'd give them the penalty for espionage. Death by hanging or whatever is in these days.
Guess we don't exterminate these rats anymore ..look at Robert Hanssen.
