A 22-year-old substitute teacher is facing charges of solicitation of a minor and attempted indecent liberties. Detectives from the Child Exploitation Unit arrested Hatim Khalid Abdelrahman of Reston last night. Abdelrahman arranged to meet a young girl with the apparent intent of having sex. Detectives arrested him in the Herndon area around 6 last evening. Abdelrahman is a substitute teacher for the Fairfax County School System.
