I've eaten seafood in numerous latin american countries. This is a common practice in their cuisines. I don't care for the head, but I know of latin-american co-workers who swear the eyes are the best part.

Damn, what's real sad is they didn't even try to doctor that pic up. Fish looks dry and nasty. Fries looks undercooked and cold. Cheese not melted all way. Sauce distributed randomly all over. Cold stale bun.

Most good Chinese restaurants will serve you "whole fish" of various styles. Yum!
