Helicopters around McLean/tysons ?

Any ideas why we have helicopters circling around tysons/McLean around 10:40 pm tonight?

called about an hour ago. they said it was a missing person. Nonviolent.. just missing

I called in to voice my concerns as well. I was told they were just doing dry runs for when they get the order to start tossing liberals out of helicopters.
