27 yo cold case solved in CA, local Fairfax person

SEAL BEACH, CA — For nearly 30 years, a Fairfax County family has waited for word on their missing daughter, Andrea Kuiper, who had left home to find information on her biological family in California.

After confirmation from the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) database, the Kuiper family of the 9500 block of Old Creek Drive can at last have closure, thanks to the work of the Orange County Coroner's Division.

She went missing while trying to find her missing parents? Maybe she is in the Kuiper Belt.

That story has more questions than answers. According to the story they found her in California, hit by two cars and killed. There is no information on whether she found her parents or who killed her. Why is the case considered solved? Maybe her parents killed her or had her run down because she was closing in on them.

My neighbor in Lorton station was the Brazilian guy that dragged an Ethiopian from Springfield interchange to Lorton !
