Not a solar panel, it's a copier.
Just place your original on top and pick up copy on side, then just throw it away right there, very convenient.

Waste of money, when a regular 35-50 gallon non-powered garbage container will do. With Wegman's high spending customers, so be it, but for many of us, plenty of other grocery shopping choices in the area.
