I got another ticket today for Failed to obey highway sign. How much do I have to pay a lawyer to get this changed to failed to pay full time attention? is it worth it?

Wow are you stupid.

Failure to Obey a Highway Sign isn't even a moving violation. And you want to get it increased to a moving violation?

But go ahead, waste your money on a lawyer!

Dumb ass............

Idiot. Failure to obey a highway sign is a moving violation with points attached.

Failure to pay full time and attention is a Fairfax County reg with NO state law equilavent. So once you pay the fine, it goes away and does not go on your record. No points, nothing.

You got it exactly 100% wrong.

Failure to Pay Full Time and Attention is a county ordinance in most counties in Northern Virginia that is a go-to charge for many traffic attorneys. Since there is no equivalent charge in the Virginia Code, the charge does not carry any points with DMV. The prosecutor is happy because he/she gets a conviction and the client is happy because their DMV record is not affected.
