Best place for post-drinking food??

I just got back from Ned Devine's over in Reston. Holy shit I don't know how I got back to my house after drinking like ten pints over the past five hours. Regardless, I am hungry as hell and want some fish and chips. Anybody know where I can get some fresh, hot fish and chips? Maybe a Fanta? I would be willing to go as far as Fairfax Circle for this, by the way.
