A very close second- Chesapeake Bay Seafood House. You know, with the nets and crab traps hanging up everywhere and the lobster tank, the original one not the buffet one....
If they brought that back the all you can eat seafood, I would gladly pay $40 a meal for all you can eat crab legs, peeled steamed spiced shrimp, and OMG the hushpuppies when you dipped them in dat melted butter someone slap me!! *cries in corner due to loss*

Yes. Forgot about this one. The hush puppies dipped in the butter! Yes. I remember doing that. More expensive than Arthur Treacher's, but the all you can eat crab legs were worth it!
