Metro altercation

There was a situation today on the silver line from Spring Hill to Wiehle-Reston East. I guess an old white guy unknowingly bumped into a nog and the nog went crazy, shouting "Do you know how to say excuse me" and kept shouting until he left the train. I heard the victim a bit, saying "Don't yell," "What did I do?", and "if I do that I will say excuse me." I saw two people intervene, the first was a short brown skinned guy, couldn't hear him. The second was a tall black guy who said in a soothing tone, "It don't need to be like this, man." The aggressor left the train when it stopped and ran off.

And what should he have done if he were awake? They don't have cameras in most of the trains, so he wouldn't have known anything was happening.
