The vast majority of uppity niggers are doing the same thing in various forms. They don't work, but have found a way to get paid from the gov't via some ruse or scam.
The other thing they do is force anyone they do work for (paid appearances etc...) to always give them a 1099. 1099's are generally "passive" income and do not qualify against your earnings test when the disability folks check to see if you are "restored to earnings capacity".
Uppity niggers know how to work the system.
