Its is going to depend how many of the immigrants can afford to be off work for a day without pay as to how many participate. On the local TV news last night, where I first heard about this, Busboys in DC was actually going to pay their wait staff a vacation day today, and another smaller business in DC was mentioned where the owners was going to cook a minimal menu so their mostly immigrant staff can be off. Many businesses will not do this with some even threatening the workers with firing if take day off. Some who are contractors with somewhat flexible schedules may or may not participate depending on their financial needs and deciding whether worth their time that their voice in this protest will make a difference and possibly risking arrest especially for bad conduct, such as Lasership (3rd rate delivery based in Tysons Amazon uses), taxi, Lyft, Uber drivers to name a few. I expect those who will also participate are loiterers who are not getting work for the day anyway and have transportation to the protest, or those who can afford to.

The hordes of illegals are coming from El Salvador and Guatemala. The Incas were in South America and Peru.

Talk to a teacher in one of the schools with a large ESOL percentage. They will tell you they get new arrivals from El Salvador every single week. Sometimes 3 or more in a week.
