Why are Fairfax County Women so Horny?

I lived in a number of areas and traveled a lot but Fairfax county has some of the horniest women.

Something in the water? Is this because they have too much free time? Allowed to be so independent? Too much sports and gym time?

SEDC women are much betterand much more willing. It always starts out "is it true what they say about white boys?" When I hear that, I know a smile will soon be on my face.
